Considered one of the 1st suburbs of L.A. Built on a hill a few miles west of
the city center. The area was developed in the mid-1880's by William West
Stilson & Everett E. Hall. Tour explores Carroll Ave., a street lined with
Victorian homes from the late nineteenth century. Guided walking tours are
$10 on the 1st Saturday of each month at 10am.
